Susan Wedge is Managing Partner for IBM Consulting’s U.S. Public and Federal Market, leading the organization’s work with not only the government sector, but also clients in the education, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. Susan brings 28 years of experience in the technology and government sector, with 20 of those years spent at IBM in a variety of leadership roles.

Most recently, Susan served as Managing Partner for IBM Consulting’s U.S. Public Market, where she delivered double digit growth. Prior to that position she was Senior Partner, Civilian and Health for IBM Consulting’s U.S. Federal Market.

Susan is passionate about having a measurable impact for clients and the people they serve and was recognized in 2018 with a Federal Computer Week Federal 100 award.
