Mark is a managing director in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice with thirty years of success in project/technical management, technology consulting, systems architecture & design, development, and implementation of secure large-scale, mission-critical applications. Mark serves as the Innovation Leader for the KPMG Health and Human Services practice. In this capacity, Mark manages the three assets that are being offered to the health and human services market: KPMG’s Enterprise Reference Architecture for HHS (KER’A), KPMG’s Resource Integration Suite (KRIS), and KPMG’s Analytics Driving Insights for HHS (KADI).

Mark’s experience in large-scale systems integration consulting has been mostly all in the public sector – with the majority of that in the State and Local market. He has significant experience with a number of social service programs, including Child Welfare, Child Support Enforcement, Medicaid, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). He also has significant experience with The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, enacted as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as well as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010.

Mark also has experience in the private sector where he was the Chief Technology Officer for three startups in the consumer and public health markets: Chexout, U.S. Preventive Medicine, and The Health Record Network Foundation.
