Vishnu Parasuraman is the IBM Federal Hybrid Cloud Transformation OpenShift Offering Lead and Practice Lead. Prior to taking on the role as the OpenShift Offering Lead and Practice Lead, he performed a similar role leading IBM’s Federal Consulting Test Innovation Offering and Practice. Parasuraman has been with IBM for 12 years, working with various clients, most notably the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), focusing on application and web services modernization. Prior to joining IBM, Parasuraman worked in Web Development at Florida Power & Light Company in Miami. He has a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Miami and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
